I have been pure protein-ing it for 3 days now and I actually feel great! I am down three pounds from my first day on the diet, which has been noticeable in the way my clothes fit. It is a welcome change from the sucking it in to zip my zippers up. I am, however, very excited to be able to start eating vegetables again. They have been sorely missed. Like really badly missed. So much so that I even cheated and ate some broccoli last night. But all was not lost, I am still down from
