Cranberry Cooler with Stevia

Anyone who reads my blog knows that I am not a fan of artificial anything.  I use butter, not margarine, and sugar in lieu of Splenda. When I discovered Stevia, a natural sweetener, I was excited to add abandoned beverages back to my diet. In this recipe, I use unsweetened cranberry juice, not cranberry juice cocktail. It is delightfully tart.  And best of all, there's only 4 grams of carbohydrates per serving.1/4 cup pure, unsweetened cranberry juice3/4 cup club soda or sparkling
