Portion Size Me: 10 Days Of Healthy School Lunches: Day # 10!!!!!

School lunch finale! We think leftovers from a previous nights dinner is a superb idea. Fresh fruit, some nuts (by way of almond butter) and a "real" sweet treat" seems like a fine lunch. By the way, regarding the celery and almond butter, he had already had two pieces while assembling the lunch which is why he said he wasn't going to eat it. Just heard on the news that our State of North Carolina is ranked #14 (just under 30%) in the country for obesity, all groups. I
