Pecan Sandies

This recipe may seem strange to some of you but when you think about it , it is just what diabetics and people who are trying to lose weight need: high protein, less fat and less carbohydrates.I like it because I can eat more than one and still not reach my 15g carb snack limit.Ingredients:Cooking spray1 cup butter1 cup Splenda1 egg1+1/2 cup Vanilla flavor whey protein powder1/2 tsp salt1+1/2 chopped pecans*Directions:Preheat oven to 325ºFBeat butter and Splenda together until smooth and cream
