Anyone who reads my blog knows that I am not a fan of artificial anything. I use butter, not margarine, and sugar in lieu of Splenda. When I discovered Stevia, a natural sweetener, I was excited to add abandoned beverages back to my diet. In this recipe, I use unsweetened cranberry juice, not cranberry juice cocktail.
