Neapolitan Parfaits
We sometimes judge a dessert by the way it looks so I used these small ice cream dishes for this parfaits. But this low-carb dessert tastes great no matter what you serve it in. All you do is rub the turkey with the herbs, pop it in the oven and dinner is ready in about an hour. I like to roast a whole turkey breast for dinner and use the leftovers for sandwiches and snacks all week. Pumpkin Bread Pudding
There is a fairly new high-fiber bread on our grocery shelves by Arnold Bakery called "Health-full" and it only has 80 calories a slice! It's carb count is very friendly at 17 grams per slice and 5 grams fiber. That's a net of only 12 grams for a full-size slice of bread! One thing I like to do with the heels is to tear them into bite-size pieces and allow them to air dry. Meatloaf gets a healthy makeover in this recipe. The quick-cooking oats provide a healthier, whole grain alternative to breadcrumbs or corn flakes, and they keep the dish ultra moist. Pumpkin Bread Pudding
There is a fairly new high-fiber bread on our grocery shelves by Arnold Bakery called "Health-full" and it only has 80 calories a slice! It's carb count is very friendly at 17 grams per slice and 5 grams fiber. That's a net of only 12 grams for a full-size slice of bread!
