Flank Steak and Vegetable Stir Fry

I love making stir-fries.  They're quick, easy and healthy.  Plus, you get your craving for usually high-carb Asian meals satisfied with minimal carbs.  I serve this with steamed brown rice, but you can serve it over Dreamfield's angel hair for a lower carb version or eat it on its own.  1 Tablespoon olive oil1 lb. flank steak, thinly sliced6 heads baby bok choy, quartered2 carrots, sliced into circles1/2 green pepper, sliced1/2 red bell pepper, sliced1/4 cup  low-sodium
