The Salt Lake County Nutrition Program (Meals on Wheels) delivers hot noontime meals to frail and isolated older adults six days a week. Special diets (diabetic, bland, strict sodium, cut meat, pureed, and others) are available. Each home delivered meal applicant is assessed to determine program eligibility and any other services needed to assist in living as independently as possible.
