Curried Butternut Squash Soup

This is a simple soup that comes out perfectly every time. The curry powder gives it a rich and earthy flavor, ideal for the colder months of the year. If you are a novice soup maker, this is an easy way to get started.

2 halves roasted butternut squash
2 cups vegetable broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
Salt and ground black pepper
