Bison Chili

Bison Chili1 pound Ground Bison1 medium onion, chopped1 15oz. can pinto beans, rinsed/ drained2 16oz. cans peeled tomatoes1/2 cup water2 teaspoons chili powder1/2 teaspoon ground cumin1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon ground pepper1/4 cup fresh cilantro, choppedIn a non-stick skillet, saute the Ground Bison and onion until the meat is browned and the onion is tender.
