Spinach Supreme1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms1 medium onion, chopped¼ cup reduced-sodium chicken broth8 cups chopped fresh spinach½ teaspoon garlic powder¼ teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted In a large saucepan, cook mushrooms and onions in broth over medium-low heat until tender.
