It seems like every time I get back on track with regards to counting carbohydrates and exercise, I end up knocked down by some respiratory concern or another. (Does this happen to you? I'd like to know I'm not the only one.)
The past few days are no exception - I have a cruddy cold, complete with cruddy high blood sugars.
When I have a cold, my appetite grows (what seems) exponentially. I've found myself craving my mom's chicken noodle soup, complete with noodles from scratch.
