Diabetes Test Strips – Lifescan

Well over a year ago, I posted the reason that one needed to enter the code of their test strip container into the meter. Following that post, I ran my own experiment where I coded my meter with the correct and incorrect code of the test strip container to see if an incorrect code would skew the results. To my astonishment, the results showed me that a wrong code could seriously impact the blood glucose number the meter returned. All of this is old news and nothing new,
