Sauteed Collard Greens

Have you ever tried collard greens before?  I hadn't until recently.  They have a bad rap and are usually cooked in an unhealthy way, canceling out all of their nutritious value.  If cooked properly, collard greens retain all of their vitamins, and all that good for you fiber.  I cooked them like Brussels sprouts, boiling them first to soften their toughness. 2 1/2 lbs. collard greens, preferably organic2 cloves of garlic, minced1 Tablespoon unsalted butter1 Tablespoon extra-
