Low Carb Strawberry Smoothie

I love smoothies for breakfast.  After I was diagnosed with diabetes, I found them difficult to enjoy with the high blood sugar that would follow.  After some research and experimentation, I found the perfect combination for a smoothie that would keep my blood sugar stable and still taste delicious.  5 strawberries1 cup unsweetened soy milk1/2 cup low fat Greek-style yogurt 6 ice cubesPlace all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  Pour into a glass and garni
