Three weeks into the New Year and three weeks into getting back into shape. How is it going, you ask? Well, here's a quick update before I head into work.An exercise routine has been established - Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday are workout days. Carbohydrate intake has been kept to right around 100 grams per day. Blood glucose meter averages are down, especially when it comes to fasting blood sugar readings. I feel better, with moments of hope replacing sadness
