If you’ve been following my twitter feed, this should have been easy. Recently, I heard that Tracy had a kidney transplant and at the same time found out he had diabetes. Tracy is known for being one of the stars on the NBC series, 30 Rock, a cast member on SNL and had his own show at one point. He’s had his fair share of problems to say the least.
